Text A Client
Option 1: Workshop mobile linked to Pulse: https://pulsesms.app/
All texts that come to & from the workshop mobile are also recorded in Pulse.

Type in mobile number for the client you wish to text (you can find this in their client file in Simpro)

If this is not an already saved number, change the conversation name:
- Pulse App: in the selected conversation, click on the 3 dots in the URHS
- Choose Conversation setting
- Change to conversation title to:
- Example: John Smith - 31 Loudound Road (use their home address or business' name if they have multiple site)

If this is not an already saved number, change the conversation name:

Type your message or copy & paste template from the template folder.
- (Note: Pressing Enter will send the message)
- Make a note on the clients job / quote of what conversation was had
- When the conversation is done, Archive.
Option 2: In Simpro, links to a scheduled job / Quote.
- Schedule the job / quote
- Right click on job / quote
- Send - SMS
- Delete all text in message box
- Type your message or copy & paste template from the template folder in Pulse.
- Type in mobile number for the client you wish to text (you can find this in their client file in Simpro)
- Send (This send text will be recorded in the job / quote Logs)
- Make a timeline note on the clients job / quote of what text was sent.
- Notes: All replies from the client will be sent to the workshop mobile / Pulse & will not be tracked in the job / quote Logs.
