Booking Vehicle Services

UTES

  1. Talk to the scheduler & find x3 dates the driver of vehicle can use another vehicle
  2. Call Daly and Richards Garage
  3. Advise them we have a vehicle that is due for its service & the following information:
    a. Rego Number
    b. Our proposed dates & pick one that fits their schedule as well
    c. What time is drop off?
    d. What service is required if known
  4. Add a note into the drivers Simpro schedule to drop off at date & time arranged.
  5. If the driver is away add a note into a reception members schedule to drop off & where they keys are located (usually in key box)
  6. Drop off to: 
  7. Add event to Calendar & invite jody & tech. 
  8. They will call us when it is done & ready to be picked up.
  9. Bill will be invoiced to us, no payment needed on pick up.


FORKLIFT

  1. Call Forkforce on 1300 594 877 
  2. Advise that we require a service & if there are any known issues
  3. Pick a date & book in (They will travel our work shop) 
  4. Add event to Calendar with information & invite Jody. 
  5. Bill will be invoiced to us, no payment needed on day.
