We are searchIng a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. This role will support the General Manager in ensuring all office operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Applicants must be eager to learn new skills while working in a fast paced environment.

Top candidates have:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the office administration role (Plumbing or related trade business admin experience is an advantage).
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, entering and generating bills including monthly statement reconciliation.
- Experience with SimPRO & XERO software (not mandatory buy is an advantage).
- Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner and communicate effectively with clients.
Daily tasks you will face:
- General Administrative tasks (answering phone calls & emails, job entry & customer service).
- Customer service & upholding Stimson Plumbing & Building Maintenance's professional image.
- Communicate effectively with staff, contractors & clients.
- Produce high-quality work within their required time frames, meet deadlines & uphold KPIs.
- Material ordering and stock taking.
- Accounts Payable, entering and generating bills including monthly statement reconciliation.
- Ensuring all tax obligations are met, enter wages, and manage holiday pay for the Director to process.
- Assist with marketing activities (e.g. mailing letters, customer database, social media etc).
- Support the General Manager in ensuring all office operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Cleaning & upkeep of the office.
